maybe depends on the guy i guess and yes v-day is to celebrate love if the man is loved then give him a gift to show it
Reply:Flowers are a universal and unisex gift. If your guy becomes upset about receiving a bouquet, I'd be wondering seriously about him. Just don't necessarily send it to his workplace.





As for other gifts...you in a new set of lingerie, tickets to an event he wants to attend, "Love" Coupons, etc.

IDK i guess its kinda like funny for a girl to give a guy flowers unless of course he is into horticulture or something.
Reply:I don't necessarily think flowers is the best gift for a guy on V-Day. Maybe movie tickets? "Love" coupons made by you that he can 'cash' in?
Reply:I see nothing wrong with giving a man flowers if he's the type that would appreciate them. You could also put car wash tokens in his card or a gift certificate to the video store any number of things. I'm sure he'll appreciate the gesture on your part. Enjoy.
Reply:I've known guys who have liked recieving flowers. It's not for every guy of course, but if you have a sensitive guy, then it might work. If you really want to do the flowers thing, some flower shops have arrangements that they put in little trucks or cars instead of a typical vase. They're really cute! And if they won't do it at the flower shop, you could always go get a toy truck or something and do it yourself!

Reply:I don't know about flowers for a guy. My first boyfriend said that girls get gifts on Vday, and they shouldn't have to worry about getting anything for the guy. It's a girl's holiday, but I can't help myself. I love Vday!!

I've tried flowers once or twice (even had them dyed blue) but they really don't go over that well. I guess it may depend on the guy but I'm sure most guys would prefer something else. I asked my bf what the equivalent of flowers was to a guy %26amp; he said a fishing lure.


I got him chocolates, a Valentine mug, a robe, a remote for the garage door %26amp; framed b%26amp;w pix of us to put on the wall (that he wanted to do).
