The flower girls and bridesmaids are all getting necklaces that thay can also wear in the ceremony. My son and soon to be stepson are going to be joint ringbearers. What kind of gift should they receive?
Any suggestions for attendant gifts for my ringbearers?
my sister's son was ring bearer at her wedding and we got him a silver bank shaped like a train that had the date and event enscribed on it. He is a teen now but he still has that bank.
Reply:Get them something fun. Since they are your son and stepson, you know the kinds of things they enjoy. We usually are sentimental at weddings, but remember kids like fun more than sentimental. Get them a toy or video game they have been wanting, or a gift certificate to their favorite fun place so that you all can go and celebrate as a family after the stress of the wedding is over. Best wishes!
Reply:Their ages matter! - When my son was four and was a ringbearer, he was thrilled to get a huge Tonka truck.
Reply:Depending on their ages a gift card may or may not be appropriate. It's probably better to give boys something to keep them occupied. Whatever is the current "craze toy" for their age group.
Reply:buy them a toy they have been wanting or a game depending on how old they are. ask them what they would like - then you would know you are gettin the perfect gift!
Reply:Maybe a cool pair of cuff link for them to keep forever.
Reply:Get them a flask!
Reply:Some sort of toy....assuming that they are little bc they are ring bearers. Maybe the 'coolest toy" something spongue bob. Or something like they can quietly play with at the reception.
Reply:If you wouldn't buy it for their birthday or their Christmas present don't buy it for their wedding present! It's a gift you are giving as thanks for participating, so it should be something they want and will enjoy.
You didn't mention how old but video games are always a hit. Perhaps give them a joint present like a Playstation that you can enjoy together as a new family.
Reply:Gift cards to best buy. Cant go wrong... guys a just love electronics ^_^
