to your partner? mom? someone i your life???





I love to stop and get my mom and aunt flowers just because. Love how they feel afterwards too!!!!!

Do you bring gifts?
I bring Wisconsin cheese to my 80 yr old Aunt in Minnesota, she's constantly talking about Wis. cheese.


My granddaughter gets teen magazines every now %26amp; then, her Mom can't afford them.


I sometimes surprise my son-in-law with BBQ's, homemade which he loves.


Soon Spring, I bake a fresh rhubarb pie for my neighbors each year as they both work away from home. It's my 'Wednesday Surprise'.


Every once in awhile I stick a money gift card to the grocery store for my rural mail carrier lady. Love the cute thank you cards she leaves me!


It's fun to see the smiles that spread across their faces.

Reply:I like doing that, and when getting gifts 4 birthdays,X-mas ect. I like 2 make something special myself, not because I am cheap(well that 2), but because I am a talented, creative individual.





I intend 2 write my hippie mother a letter on the comp(she loves recieving letterz from me!) and include something way strange from here in washington state, and asque her 2 reply in kind;)

Reply:Yes I do--everytime I go to someone's home I bring a gift of some sort--and when I go shopping I buy little somethings for my husband and son,just because.

I pick things up for my parents or my brother or my friends if I see something they might like or that reminds me of them. Not very often though.

Reply:i have friends that collect things. if i see something that will make a nice addition to their collection, i buy it.





s/o is into harley paraphernalia, i buy him things too.
Reply:For no reason? Yes! Even simple things like the candy they like, or a magazine. I enjoy seeing people light up when they get surprises. It's a great feeling to make someone happy.
