Birthday Flowers for a Friend!? What should I get her?

So my friend's birthday is 1 month from today. We're close but not extremely close, and we're coworkers. We're both single, and claim we're happy being single, but that chemistry I think is starting to show between us. She's been very good to me, and has helped me get over my shyness around others.

I thought it would be fun to buy her a beautiful spring bouquet with a giant balloon that says Happy B-Day and sneak it in on her desk when she's gone. Roses are great, but I feel like that would be too much. Lots of other nice gifts, she loves John Deere stuff, and I found the cutest John Deere bear. I just don't want to do too much and creep her out. I want just a sweet gesture to remember her B-Day. I do like her, she knows it, is okay with it, and I feel like she likes me back.

What do you think?

By the way, we have dated a couple times, and going out for her b-day is out of the question.

Roses are awesome, but sending her too many can send the wrong message. Also consider the color of the flowers. Red roses are usually from a boyfriend, husband, or fiance. If you want to send her roses, go with 3 roses (anymore, and you could be saying you love her), either in light pink, yellow, or orange. Gerber daisies are also really pretty and come in fun colors. I think a small John Deere bear added to the bouquet would give it a personal touch.
Reply:I like the John Deere bear idea....it's cute, but not too much. Flowers mean 'relationship'...save those for next year, when you'll probably have one with her! (Because of the bear!) :)
Reply:I do surf on a christian singles site that is the best I ever found.
