My girlfriend lives with 4 other girls, 2 of which are single, and one of which has been sort of down about the whole Valentine%26#039;s day thing. I want to do something to brighten her mood (which would make everyone happier as a result) I was thinking that since you can get your mom something for valentine%26#039;s day you should also be able to get your non-girlfriend girl-friends something as well (we all hang out often). I was thinking that in addition to the flowers for my gf, I would get one yellow rose for each of her room mates... %26quot;because valentines day is about celebrating the women in your life%26quot; I%26#039;ll say. After all, yellow is supposed to be for friendship.
I%26#039;m not worried about my gf, we trust each other immensely and I am sure that she wouldn%26#039;t get suspicious of my intentions. I worry that the room-mates will see it as a pity gift, and not a happy valentines day gift. What do you think?
