Do guys like getting flowers at Graduation too?

My son is graduating High School and I was going to bring balloons and flowers to give at the ceremony, but would that just be embaressing?? Or is that just a girl thing? Any guys out there? Please let me know your feelings on this, and if not flowers any other suggestions? - By the way this is not the same as his graduation gift...

Good for your son for graduating. My son%26#039;s been having so much trouble in high school, that if he was graduating, I would bring flowers, balloons and the whole thing. Besides he does%26#039;nt have to walk around carrying the flowers, just hand them to him and then you can take them from him. Get some carnations in his school colors, and then you can put them on the table, with his cards. Besides, he might want to take a flower out to give to some of the girls.

I think it all depends on your son and his preferences. Some guys would love to recieve flowers/balloons, others probably wouldnt. During the end of the graduation ceremony, it will be all rush, pictures, tears, hugs, goodbyes etc....so flowers/balloons are simple gifts that stand out, and kind of a way showing how happy you are in the moment that your ready to celebrate...Congrats again!!
