or should I try to think of something else? It%26#039;s really hard trying to think of something to get her... I%26#039;m 21 but the way, so don%26#039;t say anything I get her will make her happy, I%26#039;m too old to get away with that!
Moms... are flowers and a card sufficient for a mother%26#039;s day gift?
I think you may be surprised to see what alot of us moms want for Mother%26#039;s Day. I%26#039;d be happy with a card and maybe the kids offering to go with me to eat (my treat - they%26#039;re 14 and 15 years old). Listen carefully - the gift of time is a wonderful thing, especially if you don%26#039;t get to spend enough time with your mom.
If you do live at home, flowers or candy are always stand-by favorites. Flowers are pretty, but they die too soon. That%26#039;s why my own mom has told me she wishes my brother would bypass the flowers - they%26#039;re expensive and mom would enjoy a meal out alot better.
Candy - Russell Stover or Whitman%26#039;s. Or if you know her favorite kind, get that.
Good luck, hon. Trust me, your mom will be happy with almost anything you get. The older we get, the less we need %26quot;things%26quot;.
Reply:Flowers and cards are always good for mother%26#039;s day. A few other suggestions is a gift card for a manicure, a pedicure, or a massage. Many places offer good prices for these services. They are definitely luxuries for moms. It is something they won%26#039;t spend money on alot of times, but something that they enjoy. J.C. Penney is a place that has these services at some of their stores. I have had many services there and very happy with them.
Reply:Hi,flowers and a card are fine,it%26#039;s the thought that counts,I once made bacon and eggs and took it too my mum and she thought that was great.Goodluck.
Reply:i think flowers and a card are sufficient. that%26#039;s what i plan on getting my mom! alhtough she would be happy with just a card.

Reply:hey if you can afford it, get her a gold necklace with like a heart , but if you cant, flowers, cards, or candy will do
