Gifts for attendants...?

I need gift ideas for my junior attendants who are 11...and I need some ideas for the flower girl and ring bearer. And with the ideas can you tell me where to actually buy them? I would like to stay under $20.

Gifts for attendants...?
I would do a nice set of costume jewelry %26amp; mayby a little matching tiara that cooridinates with the dresses for the Junior attendants. Not sure where you live, but try a department store like Dillards or Kholes they usually have nice stuff on clearence.

For the ring bear maybe a little goodie bag with tic tacs and some little cars to play with during the down time. For the flower girl they make the cuttest little bratz dolls bride %26amp; groom set. I know I%26#039;ve seen it at Target.
Reply:For the junior attendents, try a nice charm of a hobby or something that they like with a nice chain (silver ones are not too expensive). For your flower girl and ring bearer, try a small basket of inexpensive and fun toys and add a keepsake frame for a picture of their role in your special day.
Reply:To be honest, I have been in many weddings and most of the attendant gifts I%26#039;ve received have been useless. Stuff that ends up in my junk drawer or a garage sale. I would give each of the kids a gift certificate to Amazon or Borders where they can pick out something of their liking. I would definitely enclose the gift cards in a nice card with a special handwritten message from you thanking each one for making your special day that much more special and memorable.
Reply:for your Jr Attendant try a girt card for Clair%26#039;s or any earring jewelery type store or a nail shop in your area in our town you can find a manni and a peddie for around $17.00 so she can go and get her nails and toes done for fun or movie money so she can go and have fun with her friends and the little ones Mc Donald money or ice cream money (gift card) for like $5 then a gift bag with fun stuff like bubbles, crayons, play jewelery or hot wheels depending on the age
Reply:I would get the junior attendants a little bracelet or necklace, maybe a charm bracelet with a charm? The flower girl and ring bearer are even easier, I love getting children books. Maybe you can find a book about being in a wedding, or even a book about a character they%26#039;d like. You can get most picture books for under $20. Write a nice note on the inside, it will be something they%26#039;ll really appreciate when they get older.
Reply:At 11 they probably all have iPods or Gameboys, get gift certs for either one of these. This way they can pick what they like.Pick these up at the mall)

For flower girl go to Toysrus. There is a flower girl barbie out right now. Its really neat; its actually a bouquette and when you pull down the flowers it reveals the little flower girl inside and the petals become her skirt.

Ring Bearer you can do a board game or puzzle, every kid loves that kind of stuff. (toys r us also)

OR I saw someone suggest a Build a Bear for their smaller attendants, those are a good idea too, although if the kids are anything like mine, their rooms are already overrun with stuffed animals. Buts its the moms who mind that stuff, not the kids!

Best wishes!
Reply:Eleven is such a difficult age; not a kid, not a teen.

Does she like to do anything in particular? A gift certificate to that activity might work. How about a favorite CD or gift card to a music store? Maybe a frame to put her picture of your wedding into.

Maybe a nice necklace, one she could wear in the wedding? A bracelet or a charm for one she has?

Might want to check with the RB%26#039;s %26amp; FL G%26#039;s mom to see what toy they like.

If you%26#039;re wanting a keepsake, a frame for their wedding picture or a bank with your wedding date engraved on it would work.
Reply:My junior attendant is my little sister who is going to be 13 and she is getting jewelry just like my bridesmaids. I haven%26#039;t ever heard of someone getting the flower girl or ring bearer gifts, but it is a cute idea however I don%26#039;t think it is necessary.
Reply:Necklace @ earings
